CG-110
Heat temperable coatings can be very difficult to protect in their pre-tempered state. However, SaberPack CG-110 has proven to be highly effective at providing long lasting protection for these fragile coatings. CG-110 is packaged in individually heat sealed, 10 pound poly bags for ease of storage and transport within your facility.
UME
Pyrolytic coated glass presents a very different type of surface protection challenge. SaberPack UME can withstand the abrasive characteristics of pyrolytic coatings without the risk of leaving behind residue in the coating itself. UME may also be suitable as an alternate to CG-110 for some heat temperable coatings. UME is packaged in individually heat sealed, 15 pound bags for ease of storage and transport within your facility.
GPro Beads
Some coatings are fairly durable all on their own and simple beads are all that’s required to provide the required separation. GPro beads are the best solution for this type of situation. These are the same beads used to produce SaberPack Float Glass Interleaving Powder except without the active acid component.
